What Therapy Can Offer

I offer affirming, non-judgmental therapy for LGBTQIA+ and gender-diverse adults navigating identity, relationships, mental health, and the complexity of queer life.

You don't need to justify yourself here. This is a space to explore identity, self-acceptance, chosen family dynamics, coming out, queer burnout, minority stress, and the grief that can accompany identity evolution — including losses that aren't always visible or validated outside of queer communities.

This work is body-centered and trauma-informed, which means we pay attention not just to your story but to how it lives in your nervous system — the hypervigilance, the bracing, the learned smallness that can accumulate over years of navigating a world not built for you.
