Somatic Therapy For High Achieving Professionals
Somatic Therapy For High Achieving Professionals
Therapy that meets you where you are — including at the top. Online somatic therapy for high-achieving professionals across California.
Somatic Therapy for High-Achieving Professionals and Entrepreneurs
You've built something. You perform, lead, and deliver — but underneath the momentum, something feels off. Maybe you're burned out but can't slow down. Maybe success arrived and brought more questions than answers. Maybe you're carrying stress, old wounds, or a quiet sense of disconnection you haven't had the time, or the right space, to actually look at.
Somatic therapy is a body-centered approach that goes deeper than traditional talk therapy. Rather than just analyzing your thoughts, we work with what your nervous system and body are holding: the tension, the shutdown, the overdrive, to get to the root of what's keeping you stuck.
This approach is especially effective for high-achieving people dealing with:
Burnout, chronic stress, and difficulty switching off
Anxiety, emotional numbness, or feeling disconnected from yourself
Trauma healing, including childhood wounds or high-pressure life experiences
Existential questions — identity, purpose, meaning, and what comes next
Major life and career transitions
Relationship patterns, intimacy, and communication
Reconnecting with intuition, creativity, and a sense of direction
I work with entrepreneurs, executives, and driven professionals who are ready to go beyond surface-level coping and do real, lasting inner work. Sessions integrate mindfulness, Hakomi, and Parts Work — evidence-informed approaches that support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and grounded decision-making.
I offer 55-minute online therapy sessions via secure telehealth, available across California, including Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, and beyond.
Whether you're navigating a pivotal transition, healing from past trauma, or simply asking bigger questions about who you are and what you want — this is a space built for that kind of depth.
Rate
My rate for individual therapy sessions is $250 per 55-minute session.
Sessions are typically scheduled weekly, but I also offer bi-weekly sessions, with one spot currently available for this option.
Insurance
I do not accept insurance directly, but my services may be covered in full or partially by your health insurance PPO plan as an out-of-network provider.
To make the process easier and help clients save on therapy costs, I have partnered with Mentaya, a service that assists with reimbursement for out-of-network therapy sessions. You can click here to see if you qualify for reimbursement for my services.
Success looks different from the inside. Online somatic therapy for driven professionals ready to go deeper — available across California.
Length of Treatment
Therapy reaches its culmination when our agreed-upon goals are achieved. Duration varies, from months to years, based on evolving goals and therapy's continued benefits. We work together as long as we have clear objectives and therapy remains beneficial.
No Cancellation Policy
Once an appointment is scheduled, it is final and non-cancellable, with no refunds or rescheduling for missed sessions.
However, I offer one "freebie" per year for unannounced cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances. Beyond that, any breaks or time off must be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
Please note, there may also be times when I will take time off for holidays or personal reasons, and I will always give notice when this occurs. Thank you for your understanding and commitment to your mental health journey.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your healthcare provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit WWW.CMS.GOV/NOSURPRISES or call 800-985-3059.
