Therapy that meets you where you are — including at the top. Online somatic therapy for multi-passionate professionals across California.
Somatic Therapy for Multi-Passionate Professionals and Entrepreneurs
You pursue multiple callings, initiate bold projects, and thrive on variety, but beneath the constant momentum, something feels fragmented. Maybe you are chronically exhausted from juggling diverse creative and professional tracks, yet your nervous system will not let you slow down.
Maybe success in one domain arrived only to spark restlessness, leaving you questioning where to invest your finite energy. Carrying unspoken stress, internal fragmentation, or old patterns without a dedicated space can make it difficult to find true integration.
Somatic therapy provides a body-centered pathway that moves far deeper than standard talk therapy. Rather than merely analyzing competing ambitions or intellectualizing your stress, we listen directly to the physical cues of your nervous system: the hyper-vigilant overdrive, the sudden creative freezes, and the bodily fatigue. Tuning into these signals helps uncover what keeps your energy scattered or blocked.
Core Focus Areas
This somatic approach specifically supports multi-passionate professionals, founders, and creative entrepreneurs navigating:
Chronic burnout, fragmented energy, and difficulty toggling out of "work mode" across disparate ventures.
Creative paralysis, sudden overwhelm, or feeling emotionally disconnected amidst constant context-switching.
Complex trauma, early boundary ruptures, or accumulated tension from operating in high-demand ecosystems.
Identity conflicts, existential restlessness, and reconciling diverse, non-linear pursuits into a cohesive life path.
Critical inflection points: launching, pivoting, sunsetting projects, or redesigning vocational rhythms.
Relational fatigue, communication barriers, and boundary strain stemming from overextended commitments.
Reclaiming bodily intuition, sustainable focus, and authentic artistic or professional direction.
How We Work
I partner with visionary leaders, multi-hyphenates, and dynamic founders who feel ready to look beyond quick productivity hacks and engage in deep somatic integration.
Our collaborative sessions weave together mindfulness, Hakomi principles, and Parts Work (Internal Family Systems) to honor the various internal voices and divergent drives within you. Rather than forcing you into a single box, these evidence-informed practices regulate your nervous system, foster grounded discernment, and cultivate internal coherence: empowering you to create, lead, and sustain your multi-dimensional life from a rooted center.
Rate
My rate for individual therapy sessions is $250 per 55-minute session.
Sessions are typically scheduled weekly, but I also offer bi-weekly sessions, with one spot currently available for this option.
Insurance
I do not accept insurance directly, but my services may be covered in full or partially by your health insurance PPO plan as an out-of-network provider.
To make the process easier and help clients save on therapy costs, I have partnered with Mentaya, a service that assists with reimbursement for out-of-network therapy sessions. You can click here to see if you qualify for reimbursement for my services.
Success looks different from the inside. Somatic therapy for driven professionals ready to go deeper, available across California.
Length of Treatment
Therapy reaches its culmination when our agreed-upon goals are achieved. Duration varies, from months to years, based on evolving goals and therapy's continued benefits. We work together as long as we have clear objectives and therapy remains beneficial.
No Cancellation Policy
Once an appointment is scheduled, it is final and non-cancellable, with no refunds or rescheduling for missed sessions.
However, I offer one "freebie" per year for unannounced cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances. Beyond that, any breaks or time off must be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
Please note, there may also be times when I will take time off for holidays or personal reasons, and I will always give notice when this occurs. Thank you for your understanding and commitment to your mental health journey.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.
Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.
Make sure your healthcare provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit WWW.CMS.GOV/NOSURPRISES or call 800-985-3059.
